But when payments take too long or as in my case, are never sent, it is impossible to be motivated to translate.

That blink its just to make you remember to work kfor the money and not to stop. If we dont get our money sounds like a trap, if we do then its some kind of incentive...

Have you noticed that Washington's face, in the right corner of the translator's interface, blinks the left eye? Stare at it for a while and you'll see it.
