How to upgrade FDM 5 to FDM 6 smoothly?

I am currently using FDM 5. I downloaded the install package of FDM 6. But it installs to another directory which is different from the FDM 5. There are still downloading tasks in FDM 5. Could I bring these tasks to FDM 6?
