Sorry to bump this but can I ask if this will be considered. Occasionally I have had downloads where I have needed to use the browser - it would be good like other download managers to have a shortcut where pressing a certain key combination would allow you to download through the browser.

The only option currently is to go into FDM and disable browser integration and then re-enable when required - this would be a lot handier/quicker

A lot of other download managers have an option that allows you to select a key to use if you don't want to download with the download manager

e.g. hold control down when selecting a download to download via the browser - this is handy if your wanting to skip using the download manager for whatever reason but can't be bothered cancelling it (if you have the cancel option enabled) or disabling browser integration for just the one download (which you'd then have to reenable)
