I just wanted to say great software!
Forgive me if this has already been answered, I was just now trying to download a Youtube video and was pleasantly met with a Download panel just as I remembered on IDM used to show
. On tapping the panel, I knew I was supposed to play the videos in various resolutions in Youtube first so that FDM could attain the video for download at varying sizes from the Youtube server....but was met with this,
as you can see on the size panel the sizes are not being shown! I then have to download each of the video file sizes from 144p upto the file size I want which was 720p.
I find this inconvenient, is there a way in which one can see from the FDM window the video file sizes and choose his appropriate one, instead of downloading and cancelling until he gets the video size he/she wants.
I would have continued to use IDM but it has become 'finnicky' with Youtube video where it sometimes doesn't download them at all. Thnx.
Edit: Never mind I just downloaded the 720p video and it's not playing at all. Youtube seems to be successfully avoiding download managers with from downloading their videos these days, well back to IDM... unless there's an answer to both problems. Thnx for reading anyway.
