There may be two problems in this case - one with credentials, another one with https (when there's no http access and the site uses TLS 1.3 or certificate signed with elliptic curves cryptography).
Note, that I could download files from some https sites, but could not do it for any https site with credentials required. Maybe that was bad luck.

thanks for your reply.
Are you sure that this is the problem though?
In the earlier version I did not enter my credentials to the FDM itself but in Internet Explorer. If I log out from internet explorer, then the old version will stop be able to download from uptobox

In FDM 3.x Site Manager is used to keep user credentials (login name and password) for specific sites, if downloads are available only for logged in users.

Current FDM version has NO Site Manager. It neither ask for user credentials nor pass them when they are required for download. In such cases some sites may close connection, other sites usually redirect FDM request to login page or to home page of the site. That's why FDM downloads html file instead of expected download.

Hello again,

Let's say for example that you are a premium user at uptobox.com and you want to download this file:

https://uptobox.com/h44210o1b97i

Now if you log into with your details in INTERNET EXPLORER and/or follow this guide: https://www.internetdownloadmanager.com ... tes11.html

Using the old FDM everything will work fine

However if you try to download this through the new FDM version it's not working.

Thanks,
Dimi

It's a question about missing Site Manager, I think.

Dear All,

I would like to ask if it's possible to add the feature to download any link from uptobox.com once you have logged in from IE.

The thing is that this feature is working with the old FDM but not with the newer version.
