Maybe there could be some work around Like the user is allowed to input the site's path and added to a list to force FDM to be used? Or maybe there is something the Web manager can do if we contct them? Just a thoug...

Is there a way to force FDM to be used when downloading. Sometimes FDM is used and sometimes not? I have the Firefox extension installed if that makes a difference but it is still a hit-n-miss sometimes.
