I've no issues with FDM plugin when using v3 with Chrome, FireFox browers as of late. I do know the plugins must be updated or removed and newer version installed if you want it to work with FDM correctly.

They already mentioned the as to why. YT are always changing their system to prevent downloaders. If you want such then getting a separate program to do that. Also rather then using Guest using your login will let people better address the problem.

The setup must be matching the original system it was copied from otherwise it might not work. Also did you backup the FDM folder as there could be a history list there that was needed to continue the download as well. If your missing that part then the appdata/user won't see the history as well. So...
