If you're using a premium account, try setting the username and password for rapidshare.com. Once thats done goto File -> Import -> List of URLs from clipboard (or just press CTRL+SHIFT+V).

I'm also having this problem with FDM 3.0 build 844 & build 848 on XP SP3.

I've also noticed with previous versions of Firefox and the use of Foxyproxy add-on, FDM is using Firefox's own proxy settings, and not like I configured in Foxyproxy - but I won't expect from FDM to pick that up...
