Re: Please provide a new compatible plugin for Firefox 39 Beta and 38.0.5 Beta
Please note: Yesterday my Firefox 39 Beta 7 updated itself automatically, but details only say 39.0 there does not appear to be a 39 beta 8, and 39 has not been released so what it is now I have no idea. It's RC now (search Mozilla FTP for candidates, not for releases). As I was reading this I have...

Re: Firefox 39 crashes on exit
Obviously there is an incompatibility between FDM Plugin 1.7.5.1 and firefox 39.0b7 even though FDM downloads work OK and Firefox seems to works OK until closed. Thanks for confirmation. Hi, Usher Just noticed my FDM Plugin updated today 27th June 2015 to 1.7.5.2. Firefox 39 Beta still crashes upon...

Re: Firefox 39 crashes on exit
Have you noted any crashes when exiting Firefox 39.0b7? Hi Usher, Sorry only just seen this, I don't know what your Timezone is, but mine GMT+7 which may explain some gaps in postings being viewed IF you are referring to Firefox 39.0b7crashing. It did fail to open properly one time only yesterday a...

Re: Please provide a new compatible plugin for Firefox 39 Beta and 38.0.5 Beta
Actually it was me (dko) that referred to Firefox (x64) Fixed. The reason I ,sort of, hoped the FDM Plugin would would work, is that my other add-ons seemed to work normally when I checked out firefox (x64) Extensions coded in JavaScript should work properly in both Fx x86 and x64 without a change,...

Re: Please provide a new compatible plugin for Firefox 39 Beta and 38.0.5 Beta
I have also found that it does NOT work with Firefox 39 Beta (x64) 32-bit add-ons/plugins DO NOT work with 64-bit apps. Read FDM FAQ about 64-bit systems and apps , please. Actually it was me (dko) that referred to Firefox (x64) Thanks for the information and link Usher :) . The reason I ,sort of, ...

Re: Please provide a new compatible plugin for Firefox 39 Beta and 38.0.5 Beta
Plugin works fine on Firefox 39 beta 7 by using 3.9.6 build 1556, though I must bump up max version to 39 (install.rdf). but I'm not sure it works on Firefox 39 final version because their "Development" is incomprehensible to me. It's more difficult than earthquake prediction :-D Thanks f...

Re: Please provide a new compatible plugin for Firefox 39 Beta and 38.0.5 Beta
Hi Dave, I understand your concerns, but there are some problems here, as usually. It was pretty much working last week. We were about to release the update. But, after updating FF to 39 beta6 (June 16th), it stopped working. Updated their SDK to the latest version & rebuild extension - seems t...

Re: Please provide a new compatible plugin for Firefox 39 Beta and 38.0.5 Beta
Hi Yessa, Regarding your comment over 2 weeks ago "Now the addon is not compatible with FF 39, we are fixing it. Any news please? I'm getting concerned the FDM Plugin fix will not be ready by 30th June 15 (only 8 days away) which is the date Mozilla says Firefox 39 will go from Beta to Official...

Re: FDM using different path for Video pop-up downloads. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks Usher, After my OP I cleared my History and that not only removed my History, of course, BUT also 3 alternative downloads sites FDM was "remembering". After doing that, FDM now offers my Default FDM Download folder (or maybe its picking up the Windows Default Download folder (either...

FDM using different path for Video pop-up downloads. What am I doing wrong?
Hi All :) , O/S: Win 7 (x64). FDM: Version: 3.9.6 PC Build 1549, Browser: Firefox 30.0.5 RELEASE with FDM Plug-in 1.7.3.2 A year ago I decided to move my Downloads folder to "D:\USER Special Folders\Desktop\Downloads". I did it the Windows correct way and that path is recognized by Windows...

Re: Please provide a new compatible plugin for Firefox 39 Beta and 38.0.5 Beta
Hi Dave, I've JUST noticed this in the FDM5 Preview Topic. Build 4520.2(2015-05-15) [*]Added compatibility with Firefox 38 and 39 Actually, this is not true. We can only "declare" compatibility with FF 39 (without much testing) for those users who prefer alpha/beta versions, on their own ...

Re: Please provide a new compatible plugin for Firefox 39 Beta and 38.0.5 Beta
Having gone back to Firefox 38.0.1 Release so FDM Plugin 1.7.3.2 would work with Firefox, Firefox today automatically updated itself to 38.0.5 RELEASE. Interestingly, althoughDM Plugin 1.7.3.2 did NOT work with Firefox 38.0.5 Beta1, 2 or 3 it is working on my PC with Firefox 38.0.5 RELEASE . (Just c...

Re: Please provide a new compatible plugin for Firefox 39 Beta and 38.0.5 Beta
I've JUST noticed this in the FDM5 Preview Topic. Build 4520.2(2015-05-15) [*]Added compatibility with Firefox 38 and 39 I rarely look at FDM 5 as it is still in Alpha and I understand you still cannot assign a permanent save folder yet, which is very important to me. IF indeed FDM 5 is compatible w...

Re: Please provide a new compatible plugin for Firefox 39 Beta and 38.0.5 Beta
You have done a good choice, I think. Firefox devs warn that signing for external (not AMO-hosted) extensions just started and may not work properly yet. Ad side note - This is an unofficial release of TMP dev build. It's not available on AMO, it won't be signed and probably won't work in Firefox 3...
