Pardon me, I failed to mention it at first. I did try that, but the end result is the same.

Are there more steps to a clean uninstall than just running the installer?

The support form at the website (https://www.freedownloadmanager.org/support.htm) is refusing to accept my submission, claiming incorrectly that I've failed to fill a required field.

The validation message doesn't indicate which field is in 'error.'
