You should go to Android settings for apps and make sure that you can allow FDM to install apps from unknown sources. It's most probable that your Firefox automatically updated it's FDM extension. But why don't you check your FDM build? If you have only FDM installer, you can unpack it with innounp (Inno Setup unpacker), which is available on Sourceforge site.
