You should set proxy settings for both HTTP and FTP protocols (they can be the same).

OK, we will do the scroll. But now you may to hold the mouse pointer under such a file name. If you do so, the popup tooltip will be shown with the file name.

FDM does not store downloaded file in the several parts. It stores it in the single file.
