FDM does not respect "default browser setting"!

Internal links in the help menu (about FDM etc.) are not respecting system default browser setting, but always open MSIE!!! That is specially irksome on a system where MSIE is not usable by other reasons.
Please change that and always start default browser and NOT MSIE!!!
