I have both "Free Download Manager" and Flashget installed as external download managers, and FlashGot installed as the Firefox extension to manage download managers.

I prefer FDM, and when I installed it I selected it as the download manager of choice for FlashGot. One day, however, Flashget took over as the default download manager, and when I tried to change back to FDM in Flashgot options, Free Download Manager was greyed out as a choice for download managers -- it only detected Flashget as the only download manager available.

Any idea why this happened? I tried to uninstall and reinstall FDM without luck. It runs as a stand alone application, though.
