Add option "If file isn't found, remove from the list"

Add an option to do the following: If a listed file in the manager isn't found (was deleted outside of the manager) then automatically just remove that file from the list in the program.
Observation: Added the suggestion here because I'm apparently unable to do so in the place I'm supposed to do
