Resume downloads on computer inactivity

Can you please add a function that detects when the computer is inactive and automatically resumes downloads? I download mostly before im going to sleep, but sometimes I forget to do so, or fall asleep while watching a video. I think it would be a nice addition to the scheduling options, where you select which traffic usage mode you want and wether you want to resume or not paused downloads when the computer is inactive for a certain ammount of time.
