FDM 3.9.7 proxy settings for a new doanload
General proxy settings are not applied to new downloads in FDM 3.9.7
I set a manual proxy in Settings/Downloads/New Download/Proxy tab, but new downloads are created "proxyless" (and fail to start, I AM behind a proxy).
Is this a known bug, or am I missing something ?
