Auto restart (with resuming) in general is expected to work only for persistent links. Many file hosting services provide such links only for logged-in premium (payable) account users. It's been explained in many topics here, have you read any of them and followed any suggestion? You can start with searching for my messages using the following keywords: permanent link*, persistent link*, temporary link*, resum*, restart*, file hosting, change* url*.

What an absolute joke. The guy didn't bother reading what I wrote(looks like you didn't either), gives bad advice that isn't relevant to my situation (which he would know if he read my question) and then tells me that he's not having the same problem as I am, and I tell him how unhelpful and obnoxious he's being and I'm the one that's getting told that I'm being unhelpful?

I'm not asking anyone to have a crystal ball, I've answered any questions that I've been asked and I've tried to provide as much info as I can to get help. He (and now you) are still talking about persistent links vs dynamic ones as though I don't know the difference, and I've already said that I'm not using a dynamic link, as I can restart the download manually and reuse the URL in multiple downloaders in order to download the file. Telling me to search for something that isn't relevant to my situation isn't helpful either. But heaven forbid I actually tell you that or I'll get yelled at for not being helpful. Apparently I'm the only one around here who isn't allowed to be unhelpful.

Screw it, I'll just use the other downloader. Maybe if I have problems with that one their support forum won't be full of useless, unhelpful douchewagons.

Alex, the developer, and I myself tried to help you as well. So, if you think the forum is full of douchewagons, well, nothing I can do.

But I can bet I'm gonna be less inclined to help now.
