Numbers of Sections

Hi!
I use the FDM since one week.
When I start to work with it, it will be great to download with 20 sections.
But since two days ist dosn't go.
The numbers of section become smaller.
Actualy there are only two sections possible at an download.
I hadn't change the options!
What can it be?
