Standalone Windows for Every Small download and Do not close Standalone Widow option in preferences

The standalone window doesn't appear for small files like 10 kB 20 kB etc. It would be better if we have a standalone window for every download done at least option can be given in preferences. And option to not close standalone window should also p]be provided in preferences so it will be up to user whether to choose it or not. These features come in handy and also improve user experience. if these settings are implemented FDM will be not less than IDM.
