Unable to edit a translation

I've got here a translation that was sent back for rechecking.

However, all the boxes are greyed out and I can't edit the content...

For your info, I have already sent a bug report [translator name: vaelico, same as here]

Same problem here. My manager sent a translation back to me to check some words, but I can edit only one phrase (?). I have filed a bug too.
