I found a bug in your software
when a file's download completed and FDM creates it, the created date of file adjusted to year 2000 and sorted in a long time ago.
can anyone help me?

I suspect it's a real timestamp set on the server side. Could you provide any download link to verify your report, please?

Yes, Usher is right. In case it's unwanted behavior for you, you can disable it in Preferences by removing check mark from "Use server time for file creation" option.
