start download every X hours or mins

hi there
i hope you are doing well.
a feature that is missing and at least for me is curcial is an abilty to start all downloads in a interval. for example every hour.
because the links that i download is so so and those need to be restarted manually. if this was automatically done, that would be so great.
i am on mac big sur 11.6.2
