Hi, I'm sorry if this has been asked before. I searched the forum, searched help, tried to find different tools in the program but couldn't find it.

i am using version 3.0 I deleted a torrent (not the upload) from my FDM, but now I want to seed the torrent again. How can I add the torrent again to the list of torrents AND MAKE SURE IT FINDS MY DOWNLOADED FILES AND SETS PROGRESS TO 100%. I am sure there is some easy way, but couldn't find it.
