i would like to request a .fdm extension for file's being downloaded, just to make it differs than the completed one.

sometimes when the server (filehippo.com) slows down and we get another link on other server (softpedia.com) which is better, the later download is automatically rename with "(1)" on it. this is annoying that we have to remove the incomplete download of the first and rename (remove the (1) tag) the newest completed on each time.

i also find that when we delete the pause/stop download list, the incomplete file is not deleted to recycle bin. this is also annoying especially by default it's set as hidden files, later on our hdd will be filled with incomplete downloads without knowing it. i have to manually show hidden files and delete them each time i could not complete the download because i already have it from other link/server.

could you make it deleted to recycle bin when we choose to delete it from the freedownloadmanager (All Downloads) list?
