when links are behind a simple redirection service such as tinyurl or similar fdm does the following

-downloads the source of the redirection page and give it the name of the file being requested
-adds the redirected url to it's history

it is then possible to copy the redirected url from the history and paste it into the downloads window.

wouldn't it be better if it just detected redirection services and handled them appropriately?
