problems with mail function??

hi!
today when i send a translation for approval... i saw a red alert saying:

FAILED SEND MAIL! or something like that..

whats the problem with that? my manager wont see my translasion for approval? or something like that?

Everything's ok. Your mail has just been sent via a different server.
