Follow the rules from these messages:

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=17016#p39872
In your case - either create a new translation from the scratch or re-use existing one as follows:
1. Open ell.lng and add missing lines from eng.lng.
2. Translate new lines to Greek. Re-use terms and strings form existing translation as much as possible.
3. Save file as Unicode (UTF-16LE) and send it to the developers.

Re: Greek translation
Hi Thank you. I thnk I must start a new Translation, but how can I save the File in UTF16 ? In Windows Editor is existing only UTF8
Re: Greek translation
Read more carefully linked messages, please. Standard Windows Notepad supports more (but not all) Unicode encodings:
- UTF-16LE (Little Endian, standard in Windows and MacOS X) - "Unicode" in Notepad, preferred by FDM developers;
- UTF-16BE (Big Endian, standard in old MacOS) - "Unicode big endian" in Notepad;
- UTF-8 (standard in the Internet and many Linux distributions), also supported in FDM 3.9.5.
