建议fdm增加功能

建议fdm增加功能：
1、磁力链和ed2k下载支持；
2、单任务限制20线程提高到128线程；
3、建立官方附加组件市场，用于在线安装附加组件；
4、添加网络视频（含流媒体）监控及下载功能；
