Hi. Every time I run the command "sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade" the PGP Kyring Deprecated warning message always appears like this:
W: https://debrepo.freedownloadmanager.org ... /InRelease: Key is stored in legacy trusted.gpg keyring (/etc/apt/trusted.gpg), see the DEPRECATION section in apt-key(8) for details.

I have the same problem

A user posted the method to fix the issue https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic. ... 2&t=377591

I believe you have to download the gpg file but i'm not sure from where? I tried the export command mentioned in the topic but it failed on linux mint.

A security change was made in ubuntu 22.04 and higher. FDM is not signed which is why the app has been deemed untrusted the method in the topic must be performed to fix the issue. I'm not sure why the devs have not fixed the issue in linux?

additional info by typing man apt-key

Someone explain how this is related to FDM?

I do not know. What I did at that time was just downloading from the official site (freedownloadmanager.org) and the repository and PGP were installed automatically. I hope the developers of Free Download manager will fix it soon.
