Update problem.

Hi! 
Seems like the latest versions of FDM, have problems detecting the updates.
I had installed (at Win 7 x64) v.3.9.7b1623 and the update check informed me, that I have the latest version.
However, checking manually at dl page, I found that the latest version is v.3.9.7b1625 (which I installed manually).
Also, I'm subscribed at news, but I didn't receive any notification.
