Please help me resolve a problem!

FDM work in Russian interface.
In All downloads i Create new group in Russian language (e.g. Âèäåî (Video)).
Wnen i add a new download from torrent to this group FDM create a folder in unknown coding (Âèäåî) and saving there this download.
Meanwhile torrent file (*.torrent) saving correctly in folder Âèäåî (Video)).
Wnen i add a new download from web site all download saving is correctly.
