Filter "show all", folder creation with server nam

Hi there!

Thanks for this nice freeware download manager! Keep up the good work and the freeware status.

My suggestion
It would be nice to be able to see all downloads independent of their status. A filter rule "All" in addition to "Complete", "In progress" etc. would suffice.

You can do that by clicking the All Groups folder in the folder pane.

Thanks! I noticed one can accomplish the same thing by clicking the "Filters" folder...
