I would like to suggest a FIX for the HTTP ERROR 403 because my DOWNLOADS ALWAYS get STUCK at 96% and there's no way to RESUME the download, but to RESTART it which is VERY FRUSTRATING specially if you download VERY LARGE files. My FDM version is the latest one.

A 10 GB file was stuck at 93% with the 403 forbidden error. After trying things I just went back to the original link, and opened it again through firefox. It picked up right where it left off!
