One user(meowcatrat) have already posted the addon link in this FDM forum. Developers are not posting anywhere about that addon. May be because they don't want to get in trouble with google again.

The latest version seems to have some regressions, like yt downloads and the context menu. specifically, the the 'Disable Seeding' disappeared from the context menu. Is there any way to fix this?

I can't reproduce it. I think it's an issue with your ISP, or proxy server, or some third-party software on your PC interfering with FDM.

I downloaded Version 6.14.0.3798 (ae73248) from FileHippo, and after installing it is working normally again. I've disabled updates until another version is put up.

Nothing else really special about the build here. Not an Insiders build.

Not an FDM problem.

This proves nothing. One possible guess - this could be caused by a proxy specified in FDM's settings. Try choose "No proxy" in its settings.

Can you send me the log of FDM? It's located here: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Softdeluxe\Free Download Manager\logs.
Also, can you try to set environment variable QT_OPENGL=desktop, and check if this helps?

FDM has no proxy settings
This phenomenon has nothing to do with the ISP and proxy settings. The Google Chrome browser downloads normally, and the IDM download is also normal. I don't understand why the FDM download is not normal.
