I think it's good for a download limiter to be there like by default there is no cap and when you need to cap the speed to manage your downloads or even see a movie and not FDM taking all of your connection I know this exists already in FDM but it hasn't implemented one thing the core mechanic about you can limit the download on mb/s and not a priority
it's not that difficult considering you have made the whole thing already you just need another way to control it
