I have been using FDM for a long time now and the major issue I've found with this software is the absence of a third mode, now there is only normal and snail mode but I think It would be really nice to have a third one cause sometimes I (and the people I've told about fdm) am using the computer and can't have fdm use all the internet bandwidth for itself so a mode to throttle both the download and upload speed to a user defined amount would be pretty neat.

I meand Third Mode, not third download

dude...pretty sure you can press the green strip thing to change to yellow or red which is can be user defined speed(setting > traffic limit > low & medium).
