Translation to Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR)

There is way I can translate or help the translation to Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR)?
I have 4 years of english class and I'm almost fluent. :D

It's pt-br in the .po file.
Speaking about Chinese, it's zh-cn.

So the files should have proper names and the program should display proper info: flag of Brasil for pt-br, flag of Taiwan for zh-tw, flag of USA for en-us, etc. to avoid misunderstanding.
