Download groups

A few requests regarding download groups:
1. Allow the change of a group's folder to propagate to sub-groups
2. Allow a group to be moved
3. Allow groups to be created replicating file system structure (some of us may already have a library of downloads and want to import the 'grouping' from the file system folder structure)
