HTML Spider : Catching JavaScript & Flash files from pages

OS: WinXP SP3
I miss this feature, i.e. HTML-Spider downloading *.js files & *.swf files.
It takes out the juice out of certain websites I've downloaded. They are specified in "src" tag too.
Is there any work around for this shortfall?
Can stand alone monitor SWF feature be integrated within HTML-Spider to download SWF files too?
