FDM3 "batch downloads" is just a partial case of batch downloads. We added a base functionality and now it's quite easy for us to implement the rest.

Sorry, but I don’t like the v5 version as it looks like kiddies stuff, and it lacks all the important features of the professional v3 version like (permanent) Categories/Groups, manipulation of the user agent string and so many more professional features. I hope you will support the v3 version endlessly, to make sure it will work with Win 10/11/12 or whatever they will be called.

I did not like the new FDM. It hasn't the facilities of older one. Sorry! But I will still with the Version 3.9.7 of FDM

Man, this thread was started a year ago and people have been asking for the return of the progress info widget and a couple other key features from 3.9 since day one. I come here every couple of months to check, and I'm shocked every time that none of it has been implemented. Maybe we should vote on features for another year before you decide what to do. What a shame.

when will new build out...and when most feature gonna roll in???i mean even review on download page say fdm more good than idm...icant see that in v5...v3 cant dl video from html5 player... ...i wanna use it asap..plis roll out it faster

is there a way to disable torrent completely?...and why the installer size so big...eagleget or idm size not even 10mb...

I'm guessing the video downloader is your gift to us for the new year. Pretty sure, majority of the users were waiting for this feature. I recently downloaded the latest beta build and so far this is what I got.

- Even if total connections is set to 20 or even 100, in log it keeps saying "Maximum number of connections is 10". Is it because of the server from where I'm downloading or is it due to software?
- Password is only remembered for a specific file, not a site/domain as a whole
- Still can't figure out how the batch download works

- There should be an edit option for the suggest download based url and file type. This should allow the users to manually set which folder should be used for which file type and url.
- Per download speed setting option, similar to what is found in bittorrent client
- Set limits manually should allow users to input numbers of their choice like low/medium in settings

It really saddens me to see only 9% people voted on the web grabber feature Its a really useful feature.

Desktop icon, tray icon are new i.e V5 icon.

Why extension icon, rightclick icon, video download bar icon are still old version icon?
Icon should be new i.e V5 icon.

Dear FDM team,

i have some problem with this fdm, after my laptop (windows 10) was updated yesterday, my FDM cannot be open again and it appears seems like there is an error. I already tried to uninstalled and install back again but it didn't work at all.
Maybe FDM need some updated version?
