there button(high, medium,low mode) where you can limit your speed but it applies to all download. i want an option to make "priority" act/turn into speed limit(and follow the high, medium, low mode setting) so i can download that 1 or few download using speed limit while not changing speed/connection for other, obviously this has to ignore some "maximum" setting in traffic limit.

why i want this? because using "priority" currently just make the download speed dip to a few KB or Bytes per second which i guess probably snail mode speed.

or a setting to control "priority" speed. just speed, "maximum" stuff still follow what mode user currently use.

I Just wrote that too I know its so simple to implement you just need to convert some of the mechanics and make it controllable without priority standards
