Doing the file rename after download is finished

One of the things that really annoys me is that, if you want to change the filename while downloading.
( I mean renaming through "Download Properties" > "Download currently saved to the file" )
FDM tells you it is not possible to change filename during download, but I am a programmer and I believe it is totally feasible and it is actually one of the great features of uTorrent as well.
