FDM custom version fails to install with error code 126

WE built a custom version and put the download on our web site, with links to FDM

when our users download the custom build FDM it fails to install with error code 126

what is the probelm? how do we correct it?

I've just tested it - installed successfully. Give me the screenshot of this error.
