Why is freedownloadmanager.org website not accessible from Pakistan? I am accessing it via VPN.

I don't think your VPN is working. Other words the VPN isn't VPN but going through your ISP instead. So double check your settings. But beyond FDM issue we can't deal with ISP and VPN issues.
