Hi!
Using the latest FDM 6.13, win7 x64, FF84.0.1 x64 and FDM fails to catch downloads here:

it's kinda random, it works for three or for files, but then fails for another, then it works again and so on...
I hope you guys can figure it out

FDM doesn't catch downloads there too.

Moreover, if you right click and select "download with free download manager", then all hell breaks loose, FDM enters a loop trying to download a .php file and it opens dozens of progress windows and it doesn't actually download anything.


after a while I decided to give FDM another try, but I see it is plagued by the same old bugs...

Another issue:
FDM doesn't catch any download on MajorGeeks.

Hello,
It's harder to intercept downloads inside of Firefox browser due to limitations in its API.
Our extension works better in Chromium-based browsers, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Vivalvi, Brave and so on.

So, that's your answer? use another browser?

Anyway, here's another problem
FDM won't catch any downlaods here https://www.wintools.info/index.php/dow ... llSettings

moreover, if I right click on a link and select "download with FDM", FDM downloads a file called "index", instead of the actual file I requested. Strictly speaking, the file "index" is actually the file I wanted, but renamed.

I really hope you can look into this, instead of just telling me to use a chromium browser (which I won't do)

bruh...not fdm fault that firefox webextension api is still shit...im still eagerly waiting for that one tabmixplus extension ever since ff quantum release, that extension not related to fdm but just to show you that webextension api still shit till nowaday...been 3-4 year already since ff quantum release, they should at least complete whatever chrome extension api
can do before killing their old extension.

additionally can fdm dev link bugzilla url of whatever api needed in fdm forum(preferably put a new pinned post about FDM-Firefox-FAQ-and re"PLEASE put up all FDM and Firefox problems here!")

who know a few/lot of someone might join those bugzilla report.im not savvy enough to join apparently(cant even understand single thing there).
