Downloaded File Corrector

Drag a file in FDM window, get prompt for download URL....
AND...
Instead of downloading the whole file again, just correct the file user already has.

Do you mean to provide another link to resume download? You should better search in available options. Note that this feature works properly only when resuming is allowed by the server side.
