Pashto language translation of FDM

i can translate the FDM to the Pashto Language and i want to translate it for FDM.
i just need the agreement of the company how can i do this?
i am in pakistan.

Pashto is the national Language of Afghanistan.
and a language spoken by many people it is like Arabic.
