Wndows Vista Home Premium, SP2; Firefox 3.5.2; FDM 3.0 (build 848)

www.coffeecup.com : I am puzzled as to why FDM will not download from this site, the only such site I've encountered for quite a long time.

Either FDM never starts the download, sitting at 0%, or else it takes many minutes to start, and then it never goes beyond 52%, whereupon FDM stops the download and never finishes.

For this one site, I have to disable FDM in Firefox and allow Firefox to use its built-in download mechanism to get the file.

Any idea(s) as to what the problem might be and/or how to solve same?
