Choose the download speed for each file

Hello everybody

I have a question why we can not choose the download speed for each file?
there are the priorities but it is not enough and it is not precise

even after configuration
why not have in the menu a download rate blocker with a list 100,200, ... 900,2500kb ... for each file :wink:

Thank you for the suggestion. It's a bit complicated and narrow feature to have, but maybe worth considering.
